Sleep Challenge


We are excited to introduce a new challenge! ​Join OakFit in this 30-day challenge to work on better sleep habits from Thursday, October 14th to Sunday, November 13th. Participants will use the sleep tracking PDF to track which days they were able to get seven to nine hours of sleep. Weekly motivational newsletter will be sent throughout the challenge. At the end of the challenge you will receive a Smartsheet email to submit how many nights total you were able to get between seven and nine hours of sleep and will be entered in a prize drawing. We will randomly select three participants to win a $100 visa gift card.
