Financial Wellness

Establishing healthy spending and saving habits, and maintaining them throughout a lifetime, is as important to one's well-being as proper nutrition and regular exercise. Financial Wellness is an ongoing practice of striking a balance between living responsibly today and planning wisely for tomorrow.

Many of us face daily challenges when it comes to finances. Remember – you are not alone. Due to the dire circumstances of our local and national economy a large portion of our workforce may be struggling to get a hold of their finances.

The Oakland County OakFit Wellness program has identified several free County resources that may be helpful to our employees, retirees and their dependents.
