Fitness Unleashed is back for 2019! OakFit and the Animal Shelter & Pet Adoption Center are offering the lunchtime dog walking program to Oakland County Employees this summer.

Come out on your lunch break and walk a dog. Dog walking is a great way to get in exercise!

Getting 30 minutes of activity every day is a substantial way to prevent heart disease.
Taking a shelter dog for a walk also strengthens your bones and helps to prevent osteoporosis.
Dog walking helps keep the pets exercised and socialized, key when going to loving homes.
Make one of our shelter dogs your work out buddy and you both reap the benefits.

June 6th, June 20th, July 11th, and July 25th
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Located on the south side of the building, south lawn (beyond public parking area)

L. Brooks Patterson Building (41W)

June 13th, June 27th and July 18
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Located on the west side of the building near the orchard.
